Welcome to NailTech Luxury Salon ("NailTech," "we," "us," or "our"). By booking an appointment, visiting our salon, or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Appointment and Booking Policy
- •Booking Confirmation: All appointments must be booked in advance via phone, our website, or approved third-party booking platforms. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability, but appointments are prioritized.
- •Appointment Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation via email or SMS once your appointment is scheduled. Please verify the date, time, and services booked.
- •Technician Requests: While we will do our best to accommodate requests for specific technicians, we cannot guarantee availability. If your preferred technician is unavailable, we will assign another qualified professional.
- •Service Duration: Service times are estimates and may vary based on the complexity of the service and individual needs. Please allow adequate time for your appointment.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- •Advance Notice Required: We require at least 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. You may cancel or reschedule by calling us at +1 (662) 690-6085 or through our online booking system.
- •Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
- •No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service cost. Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement to prepay for future appointments or denial of service.
- •Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to shorten your service time to accommodate other scheduled clients, or we may need to reschedule your appointment. A late fee may apply at our discretion.
Note: We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, and we will work with you to find a solution.
3. Payment and Pricing
- •Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), and debit cards. Payment is due at the time of service.
- •Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. Current pricing is available on our website, in-salon menu, or by calling us. Prices may vary based on the complexity of the service, technician level, and additional treatments.
- •Gratuity: Gratuity is not included in service prices and is at your discretion. Tips are greatly appreciated and can be added to your credit card payment or given in cash.
- •Gift Cards: Gift cards are available for purchase and can be used toward any service. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
4. Refund and Satisfaction Policy
- •No Refunds: We do not offer refunds on completed services. All sales are final.
- •Service Corrections: Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with your service, please notify us within 7 days of your appointment. We will provide a complimentary correction or adjustment at our discretion. Corrections requested after 7 days may incur a fee.
- •Nail Repairs: If a nail chips, breaks, or lifts within 7 days of your service (excluding damage caused by client negligence or external factors), we will provide a complimentary repair. Please contact us to schedule a repair appointment.
- •Limitations: We are not responsible for service dissatisfaction resulting from client-requested designs, colors, or styles that do not meet personal expectations, or for issues arising from failure to follow aftercare instructions.
5. Health, Safety, and Sanitation
- •Client Responsibility: Clients must notify their technician of any allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions (such as diabetes, pregnancy, circulatory issues, or immune system disorders), or medications that may affect nail services before the service begins.
- •Allergic Reactions: NailTech is not responsible for allergic reactions to products used during services unless caused by gross negligence. If you have known allergies, please inform your technician in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
- •Sanitation Standards: We adhere to strict sanitation and sterilization protocols in accordance with Mississippi state regulations. All tools are properly sanitized or disposed of after each use.
- •Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for health and safety reasons, including but not limited to: open wounds, cuts, infections, fungal conditions (e.g., nail fungus, athlete's foot), contagious skin conditions, or any condition that may pose a health risk to our staff or other clients.
6. Client Conduct and Right to Refuse Service
- •Respectful Behavior: We are committed to providing a welcoming and respectful environment for all clients and staff. Inappropriate behavior, harassment, discrimination, or verbal/physical abuse of any kind will not be tolerated.
- •Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who engages in inappropriate behavior, violates our policies, has excessive tardiness or repeated no-shows, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
- •Intoxication: We reserve the right to refuse service to clients who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
7. Minors Policy
- •Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during their appointment.
- •For clients aged 16-17, a signed parental consent form is required on file for certain services, including gel enhancements, acrylic nails, and nail extensions.
- •We reserve the right to refuse certain services to minors based on age-appropriateness and safety considerations.
8. Personal Belongings
NailTech is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during your visit. Please keep your valuables with you at all times. We recommend leaving expensive jewelry and large amounts of cash at home.
9. Photography and Social Media
By receiving services at NailTech, you consent to the salon photographing your nails for promotional purposes, including use on our website, social media, and marketing materials, unless you explicitly opt-out.
If you do not wish to have your nails photographed or shared, please inform your technician at the beginning of your appointment.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NailTech and its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
11. Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or in-salon. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Mississippi.
